Get unstuck

Most problems are connection problems. Start with the common ones below.

Common connection problems

Instagram won't connect

Instagram's publishing API only supports professional Creator and Business accounts. Open the Instagram app, go to Settings → Account type and tools, and switch to a professional account. Then reconnect from Settings → Connected accounts.

TikTok posted privately

TikTok requires apps to pass an audit before posting publicly on a creator's behalf. Until that's complete, TikTok may restrict API posts to a private audience. The publish screen always shows which mode is active before you post.

YouTube authorisation keeps expiring

Disconnect YouTube in Settings → Connected accounts and reconnect. If Google shows an unverified-app warning, that relates to our API project review status, not your channel.

A platform failed but the others worked

That's expected behaviour — platforms publish independently. Open the post in History and retry the failed platform. Retries never use another post from your monthly allowance.

My video disappeared

Source videos are temporary by design and are scheduled for automatic removal after publishing; removal isn't instant and the exact timing can vary. Your captions, titles, tags and published links stay in your history. Always keep your own copy of the original file.

Billing and cancellation

Manage your card, invoices and cancellation from Settings → Billing. Cancelling keeps Creator Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
