What gruubi does, in plain words

Reply to the comments you choose

Say you post a Reel and tell people to comment “guide”. Pick that post, add the word, and write the DM you'd send by hand. When a matching comment comes in, gruubi can send it for you. Other comments are left alone. This is waiting on Meta's approval before it opens to all accounts.

Only the first few, if you like

Running a “first 10 people” offer? Set a number, and optionally write a different message for everyone after that, like a waitlist link.

Upload from your phone

Pick the video straight from your camera roll. iPhone videos are fine, and you'll see the upload progress as it goes.

Writing for each app

gruubi drafts an Instagram caption, a TikTok caption and a YouTube title and description for the same video, so you're not rewriting the same thing three times.

You check it before it goes

Every piece of writing can be edited. You can also ask for a quick rewrite, like shorter or more natural. Then choose which apps get the video.

Reels and Shorts post, TikTok gets a draft

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts publish directly. TikTok receives a draft you finish in the TikTok app, and you can copy the caption across. If one app has a problem, the others aren't held up.

Your video isn't kept around

Your uploaded video is stored privately and set to be removed after publishing. Keep your own copy. Your captions and post history stay in your account.

Straight answers

If an app blocks something or a post doesn't go through, gruubi tells you instead of pretending it worked.
