Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Free accounts never require payment details.
When does my Free allowance reset?
Your 1,000 free sent DMs reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). At the limit, new replies are skipped until then — no charges.
What do paid plans include?
The founding plan ($9.99/month or $99/year) includes up to 3 Instagram accounts and 50,000 sent DMs a month, shared between them. If you need more, you can switch to 150,000 a month for $19.99/month or $199.9/year. At your limit, replies pause until the 1st — never a surprise fee.
What happens if I cancel messaging?
Your paid messaging access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Your saved automations stay in your account.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
Paid plans include up to 3 Instagram accounts sharing one monthly DM allowance. The free plan includes 1 account.
